During a gathering with the board of the Islamic physicians association, Mr. Mousavi announced the foundation of a his new civil rights organization. The organization will be called “The Green Way of Hope”. “Just like the successful way our presidential campaign had operated, this organization will be a flat network with grassroots organization and a lot of responsibility and autonomy at the individual level”, said Mr. Mousavi. The mission of the organization is to lobby for fair and correct implementation of the constitution. The Green Way of Hope (GWP) will promote the civil rights of Iranian citizens and support their democratic demands, according to Mr. Mousavi.
